Refund Policy
MEDINOX (PTY) LTD – CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURNS POLICY
- Cancellation Policy:
- Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been processed for shipping. Requests for cancellation should be submitted to our Customer Service team via customercare@medinox.co.za. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders and returned items in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Returns Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our Customer Service team at customercare@medinox.co.za to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team or return with the sales representative allocated to your respective account.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or banking institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@medinox.co.za.
- Changes to this Policy:
- MEDINOX (PTY) LTD reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be reflected on our website.
- Warranty:
- MEDINOX (PTY) LTD is committed to ensuring the quality and performance of our devices and equipment. All products purchased from MEDINOX (PTY) LTD are covered by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- In addition to the standard warranty, customers have the opportunity to extend their coverage. By registering the purchased product on our official website within 72 hours of the initial purchase, customers will receive an additional 12-month warranty, providing an extended period of comprehensive coverage.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that the product meets the specifications outlined in the accompanying product documentation. MEDINOX (PTY) LTD reserves the right to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product covered under warranty.
